Keeping Pace Footwear have been designed by a Mother with a disabled child, and with orthotists, for children who wear orthotic appliances including Foot Orthoses and Ankle Foot Orthoses (AFO’s)
Removable foam inserts adjust the available room to fit orthoses. This is particularly useful if your child only wears an orthosis on one side, removing the challenge of having one shoe too tight or the other too loose.
