To help us provide the best care, please bring:

A referral letter or form (if available)

Any relevant X-rays or imaging

Orthotics you’ve previously used

Footwear you wear regularly

Copy of your NDIS plan

Plan management contact details
Referrals are not required for Private Patients or NDIS patients
Parking
Parking is available free of charge to our patients behind 70 Bellerine Street (follow McMillan place to the end).
If you are visiting the Footwear clinic, parking is available behind the clinic free of charge.
