What to Bring
To help us provide the best care, please bring:

A referral letter or form (if available)

Any relevant X-rays or imaging

Orthotics you’ve previously used

Footwear you wear regularly

Copy of your NDIS plan

Plan management contact details
Referrals are not required for Private Patients or NDIS patients
Clinic Consult Fees:
$85 + GST for a consult up to 45 mins
$110 + GST for a consult of 45 mins and greater
Orthotic Footwear Consult Fees:

*Note, if you order footwear from us and then have a change of mind and need to cancel your order, a consult fee of $85+GST will be deducted from your order value.
Parking
Parking is available free of charge to our patients behind 70 Bellerine Street (follow McMillan place to the end).
If you are visiting the Footwear shop, parking is available behind the shop free of charge.
